Bio

Tobias has been working in private equity for 16 years - leading deals, serving on boards of directors, and actively working with management teams to develop strategy and implement initiatives. He is currently a board director of Universal Lacrosse and RED Driving School. ​ Prior to Trimountain, Tobias was a Managing Director at Palladin Consumer Retail Partners. While there, he invested the firm’s consumer-focused fund across five transactions, working on all aspects of investment sourcing, deal structuring, due diligence, and portfolio management. Prior to Palladin, Tobias worked at GB Merchant Partners where he helped invest the firm’s 1903 Equity Fund. Before that, he was part of MedEquity Partners. He started his career as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch. Tobias is a former Director of KT Health (sports medicine and enthusiast brand), InMotion Entertainment (airport electronics retailer), Harry's of London (luxury men's footwear retailer), and Arnotts (landmark Irish department store). He has an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB from Harvard College.
