Dr. Hans Christian Zanders is a partner of Triginta Capital GmbH. He has more than 20 years of experience in strategy, corporate finance and transaction advisory for mid-sized companies. He has been an active investor in small and mid-cap companies for several years. He is also a partner at Active M&A Experts since 2021. Previously, Dr. Hans Christian Zanders was partner at the M&A and corporate finance consultancy firm Belgravia & Co. in Cologne and worked for several years as a management consultant at goetzpartners, Dr. Wieselhuber & Partner, Roland Berger and Baker Tilly Roelfs. His consulting focus was on the development of growth strategies as well as the implementation of profit improvement programs, especially for medium-sized companies. Dr. Zanders studied business administration at the University of Augsburg and the University of California Santa Barbara. Parallel to his consulting work, he completed his PhD on buy-and-build strategies of private equity companies at the university of Ulm.
