Tom Andrews Bio

Mr. Andrews joined TriGate in 2018 and is a Senior Vice President on the firm’s acquisition team. Mr. Andrews’ primary focus is originating new investments throughout the US, with a particular focus on the major markets in Texas and Denver, Colorado, both on a direct basis and with operating partners. Mr. Andrews focuses primarily on residential, retail and industrial properties. Prior to joining TriGate, Mr. Andrews served as an analyst with Stream Realty Partners. While there, he specialized in underwriting potential office investments and assisting in leasing. Mr. Andrews attended The McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin where he earned both a BBA and MBA with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate. Mr. Andrews is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Texas and is involved with TREC.
