He joined the firm as COO in June 2013. During his professional career he has gained important experience in the acquisition and Business Process Reengineering of companies. Jose María is the person in charge of supervising the administrative and legal issues, and working alongside with all of the companies' managers on a daily basis. He has been the President of BBVA Horizonte in Colombia and the General Manager at BBVA Horizonte in Peru. He was also the General Manager at Consolidar Salud in Argentina, and worked at J Walter Tompson and Grupo Galicia in that country. He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the Universidad Católica de Argentina in Buenos Aires, and postgraduate studies in Management Development from the IAE Business School in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
