Prior to Tribeca worked as Senior Supervisor of KPMG’s. Expert in financial analysis, M&A advisory and structuring PPP engagements in the infrastructure sector. Mr. Mendez possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineer from Los Andes University and MBA from Columbia Business School. He began his professional career working as Investment Analyst at Colombia’s Department of National Planning, where he assigned the investment budget of three sectors of the country’s economy. Since then, has undertaken several assignments, but most importantly, he was the Senior Supervisor of KPMG’s Corporate Finance practice in Colombia. Mr. Mendez specialized in advising multinational corporations in M&A engagements in Latin America and in structuring PPP engagements for both the government and the private sector side.
