Brian has an extensive financial management and operational background with more than 30 years of corporate finance experience leading finance and corporate development teams supporting growth strategies with multiple global companies. As CFO, he has managed multiple initial public offerings, public and private debt placements, syndicated senior bank financings, and mergers & acquisitions. His industry experience includes several business sectors including energy services, industrial manufacturing, oil & gas manufacturing, consumer goods manufacturing, multi-location retail, distribution, business services, software & network technology, travel loyalty services and commercial banking. Brian is a graduate of the University of Texas, where he earned a BBA in Finance.
