Bio

Prior to joining Fondations Capital in 2008, Philippe Bernard was the CEO of Elis (1997-2007) which was transformed under his leadership from a successful family-owned French company to a European market leader. During this time, three private equity firms were the owners of Elis; BC Partners in 1997, PAI partners in 2002 and Eurazeo in 2007. Philippe Bernard is a graduate from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (IEP). He also holds an Executive MBA degree from HEC.
