Before joining Fondations Capital, Amaury Lefébure was managing the mid-cap team of BNP Paribas Corporate Finance in France. In this respect he was in charge of the team and was leading M&A transactions in France both for corporate clients and private equity funds. Amaury Lefébure has more than 17 years of experience in corporate finance, in particular in M&A that he also developed at JP Morgan, in London and Paris, and ING Barings before his time at BNP Paribas. Amaury Lefébure graduated from HEC Business School.
