Ravi Aujla worked as an advisor, within PwC and an investment bank, primarily advising on M&A transactions. Prior to joining TPA spent a few years at Sovereign Capital, a highly active UK mid-market private equity investor, helping to execute extensive buy and build strategies and successfully completing over 20 transactions in both the UK and Europe.
