Mr. Bernath is a Senior Principal at TowerBrook. Previously, Mr. Bernath was an investment professional at Centerbridge Partners. Prior to that, he was a member of the Industrials group in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Bernath earned his B.S.B.A. from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.
