Ms. Vrahliotis is a Principal and is Compliance Director and Counsel at TowerBrook. Prior to joining TowerBrook, Ms. Vrahliotis was a Corporate Associate in the New York office of Goodwin Procter LLP. She earned her B.A. from the University of Kansas and received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
