Ms. Yang is a Managing Director of TowerBrook. Previously, Ms. Yang was Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Resolution Life Group, a closed life consolidation vehicle with a global mandate. Prior to that she spent fifteen years in Investment Banking at Citigroup, Credit Suisse and UBS, specialising in financial institutions Mergers & Acquisitions. Additionally, she led the Diversity and Inclusion programmes for both Citigroup and Credit Suisse. Ms. Yang began her career as a management consultant at LEK in Shanghai, Sydney, and London; before working for Aviva plc as a Management Consultant in the Strategy function in London. Ms. Yang earned her B.A. from Fudan University in Shanghai.
