Mr. Spenle is a Senior Principal at TowerBrook. Previously, Mr. Spenle was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions department at Morgan Stanley in London. Mr. Spenle holds an M.Sc. in Engineering from École des Mines in Nancy and an M.Sc. in International Finance from École des Hautes Études Commerciales (H.E.C.), Paris.
