Richard holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Adelaide. Richard is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. As a practising Chartered Accountant and Director of Moore Stephens SA, Richard has over 20 years experience in the provision of business and corporate advice to the SME (small to medium sized enterprises) market in South Australia in addition to a number of private equity funds. Richard has played a pivotal role in advising a number of private equity firms including Champ Private Equity, DB Capital Partners and others in assessing and realising acquisition opportunities. In the past 6 years alone Richard has been involved in excess of 35 transactions ranging in size from $1 million to $20 million. Richard also advises the boards of a number of significant medium sized enterprises in South Australia on strategic and business management issues. His experience extends to development of strategic and succession plans for business and improving business performance and profitability.
