Bio

Before co-founding Tonka Bay in 1998, Peter gained valuable experience managing a portfolio of private companies for the Cargill/MacMillan family office. He also worked in leveraged finance and merchant banking for U.S. Bank after beginning his career with Fleet Bank. Peter is a graduate of Wheaton College and the Thunderbird School of Global Management and also holds a degree from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. Peter is an avid golfer and upland bird hunter, and he and his wife enjoy spending time at their farm and lake cabin. Peter is also committed to his church and stays active in men’s ministries.
