Paulo Zuffo is partner and controller of TMG Capital, also acting in the monitoring of investee companies. Since 2000 in TMG, Paulo actively participated in the capital raising procedures for TMG II and III funds and in the value creation of the portfolio companies. In addition to working at TMG, Paulo teaches MBA-level courses at Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV – Fundação Getúlio Vargas) on Finance, Business Strategy and Leadership, being a teacher honored fourteen times since 2006. Prior to TMG, Paulo worked as a senior consultant in business management, developing the criteria for assessing the Ethos Award for Social Responsibility. Paulo holds a B.A. in Electronic Engineering from Escola Politécnica at the University of São Paulo (USP) and a Master in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP).
