Bio

Rich Caputo is the Chief Executive Partner of The Jordan Company. He is also the Chairperson of the firm’s Partnership Board and Executive Committee. Rich joined TJC in 1990. Prior to TJC, Rich was an analyst in the High Yield Department at Prudential-Bache. He serves and has served on the board of directors of several portfolio companies. Rich holds an AB degree in Mathematical Economics and Business Economics from Brown University.
