Bio

Mr. Jancosko is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of finance, technical and management experience. He earned his CPA, a B.S. in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Jancosko’s experience includes over 13 years as CFO for companies in the technology and healthcare industries. He has also provided the financial leadership for four startup companies. At Fed Ex, he co-developed the company financial information system that is still in use and was the district controller for the company’s largest district during launch. Mr. Jancosko has extensive manufacturing experience at LTV Steel where he was a manager of Financial Analysis at both a major steel mill and at company headquarters. In his corporate career, he has participated in several significant mergers and acquisitions with experience from research, valuation, and targeting through due diligence, closure, and taxes.
