Mr. Ryckman is a co-founder and the Managing Principal of Three Kings Capital, a New York City based private equity platform seeking to acquire lower middle-market companies. From 2004 through 2008, Mr. Ryckman was a Principal at GarMark Advisors, a Mezzanine and Corporate Opportunities fund with $750 million under management where he sourced, due diligenced, structured, and negotiated numerous debt and equity principal transactions across a variety of industries. Mr. Ryckman was the Founder and a Managing Director of The Bank Street Group LLC, a FINRA registered boutique investment bank focused on providing merger, acquisition, capital raising and general financial advisory services to middle-market companies. From 1995 to 2001 Mr. Ryckman was a Director at UBS Warburg LLC and its predecessor, Dillon, Read & Co. Inc., in Leveraged Finance and was the Chief Operating Officer of the Financial Sponsor Group, responsible for managing the firm's relationships with private equity sponsors and underwriting LBO transactions. At Dillon Read, Mr. Ryckman was a co-founder of the Airlines, Aviation Services and Logistics Group and focused primarily on M&A, public equity offerings, and high yield and convertible debt financings for middle-market clients. He has successfully closed over 50 financing, merger, acquisition and advisory transactions for both public and private companies in a variety of industries including manufacturing, transportation, consumer products, publishing, retail, health care, reinsurance, specialty chemicals, telecommunications, energy, aviation services, building materials and the airline industry. Mr. Ryckman began his career in 1991 at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. where he worked on a number of transactions for corporate clients and private equity sponsors. Mr. Ryckman graduated with honors from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, and received an MBA from The University of Chicago.
