Bio

Mauro is the founder and Managing Partner of THCP. He currently represents THCP on the boards of Byron, Genius Sports Group, Building Energy, Tomorrow, Hunter and Wagamama, and represented THCP on the board of Aquafil and Dedalus. Previously Mauro was a partner at Hutton Collins since 2008 where he worked on several investments. Mauro continues to represent Hutton Collins on the board of Hunter and served as non-executive independent board member of several European private companies. Prior to this he worked at BC Partners, both in the Milan and London offices, on several projects including the sale of Galbani and the acquisition of Migros. Earlier in his career, he worked in the M&A division of J.P. Morgan. Mauro is a founder and the chairman of Nice To Meet You Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation, focused on building a new work-life model supporting local communities to recover competitiveness through advisory, innovation and research. Mauro graduated cum laude in business administration from Bocconi University and he speaks Italian and English.
