Leks has been Partner at THCP since inception and currently represents THCP on the board of Genius Sports Group and Byron. Previously, Leks worked at Hutton Collins since 2008, initially as the Financial Controller and subsequently as a member of the investment team where he was involved in the investment in Byron and the monitoring of the The Vincent Hotel Group. Earlier in his career, he spent a two-year period in Austria as the Finance & Controlling Manager at Pago (an international premium fruit juice producer and subsidiary of Heineken) and he was Assistant Manager at Mazars within their Audit and Advisory team. Leks is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BSc in Economics and Econometrics as well as a MSc in IT from the University of Nottingham. He speaks English, Dutch and German.
