Joined Thomas H. Lee Partners in 1988. Thomas M. Hagerty is a managing director at Thomas H. Lee Partners. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Hagerty worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department of Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated. Mr. Hagerty is currently a director of Black Knight Financial Services, Ceridian HCM Holdings Inc., The Dun and Bradstreet Corporation, FleetCor Technologies, Inc., Fidelity National Financial, Inc. and Foley Trasimene Acquisition Corp. His prior directorships include Sedgwick Claims Management Services Inc., Cott Corporation, Inc., EquiCredit Corporation, First BanCorp, HomeSide, Inc., MoneyGram International, Inc., Metris Companies Inc., Optimal Blue, Syratech Corporation, Sun Pharmaceutical Corp., TAC Bancshares, Inc., Select Beverages, Inc., ServiceLink, LLC. and Tucker Anthony Sutro.
