Stephen Lantz Joined Thomas H. Lee Partners in 2021. Stephen Lantz is a vice president at Thomas H. Lee Partners. Mr. Lantz is currently a director of Odessa. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Lantz worked as a vice president at M33 Growth, where he evaluated growth equity and lower-middle market private equity investments in the vertical software and services sectors. Previously, Mr. Lantz was a vice president at Duck Creek Technologies and investment associate at Apax Partners. Mr. Lantz holds a B.S. in Economics and a B.S. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, summa cum laude, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A., with high distinction, from Harvard Business School.
