Sarika Ramakrishnan joined Thomas H. Lee Partners in 2022. Sarika Ramakrishnan is a vice president at Thomas H. Lee Partners. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Ms. Ramakrishnan worked as a private equity associate at Genstar Capital in San Francisco, where she executed two platform leveraged buyout transactions. Prior to Genstar, Ms. Ramakrishnan served as a leveraged finance investment banking analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York. Ms. Ramakrishnan holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
