Robert Spies joined Thomas H. Lee Partners in 2014. Rob Spies is a managing director at Thomas H. Lee Partners in the firm’s Strategic Resource Group. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Spies was a senior product marketing manager at Vistaprint leading product development and go-to-market activities for a top category. Prior to that, he was a consultant and case team leader at The Monitor Group focused on marketing and sales strategy. Mr. Spies holds a B.A., magna cum laude, in Economics and Architectural Studies from Tufts University, and an MBA, with high distinction, from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Mr. Spies is an active supporter of AccesSport America, a Boston-based nonprofit that offers adaptive sports and physical training for people with disabilities.
