Nicole Wong joined Thomas H. Lee Partners in 2020. Nicole Wong is a managing director at Thomas H. Lee Partners in the firm’s Strategic Resource Group. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Ms. Wong worked at ghSMART, advising PE investors, boards and C-suite executives on performance and leadership. Ms. Wong was also a member of ghSMART’s CEO Genome Project, supporting CEOs, executives on the path to CEO, and boards managing all stages of CEO succession. Previously, Ms. Wong worked at Goldman Sachs with a specific focus on talent management for the Global Securities Division. She began her career in Securitized Products, holding various roles in research, sales, and trading at JPMorgan and UBS Securities.
