Michael McDonnell joined Thomas H. Lee Partners in 2011. Michael McDonnell is the chief financial officer, management company. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. McDonnell was a manager with Alvarez & Marsal’s Transaction Advisory Group specializing in providing financial due diligence services for private equity and strategic buyers. Previously, Mr. McDonnell worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Transaction Services and Assurance and Business Advisory Services practices. Additionally, Mr. McDonnell worked for R.A. Hall & Co. providing tax and business advisory services to individual and small business clients. Mr. McDonnell holds a B.S. in Accounting from Bryant University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
