Bio

Mark L. Benaquista is a managing director at Thomas H. Lee Partners in the firm’s Strategic Resource Group. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Benaquista was senior vice president and co-CIO at Warner Music Group, responsible for the Global Transformation Programs. In this role, Mr. Benaquista oversaw financial processes and systems, master data management, worldwide content and rights management and digital distribution as well as the company’s SAP ERP program. Before Warner Music Group, Mr. Benaquista was senior director at Merck & Co. spearheading its major business process and supporting technology transformations around the world including the standardization of more than 40 countries and entities onto a single global sourcing platform. Prior to Merck & Co., Mr. Benaquista worked at JP Morgan, where he led a variety of the company’s global networking and standardization initiatives, and Chelsea Consulting, where he led various programs across banking and life sciences. Mr. Benaquista holds a B.S. in Management Science Information Systems from Rutgers University and holds a M.S. from Kean University in Management Systems Analysis. Mr. Benaquista is a member of Kean University’s College of Business and Public Management Board of Advisors. He also sits on the CoreTrust IT advisory Board as well as the Advocate Insiders Board of Advisors.
