Joshua Warren joined Thomas H. Lee Partners in 2022. Joshua Warren is a vice president at Thomas H. Lee Partners. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Dr. Warren worked as a vice president at BPEA, a private equity firm based in Boston, where he sourced, conducted diligence on, and managed healthcare investments. Previously, Dr. Warren was a project leader with Boston Consulting Group, where he specialized in helping private equity firms and strategic investors assess healthcare assets for acquisition. Dr. Warren holds a B.A., cum laude, with distinction in Economics and Biology from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.D. from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School. He has presented first-author research at multiple international conferences and maintains an active medical license.
