Joined Thomas H. Lee Partners in 2021. Jill Bicks is a Director of Talent at Thomas H. Lee Partners in the firm’s Strategic Resource Group. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Ms. Bicks was a senior director of HR at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, where she led their HR team. In this role, Ms. Bicks oversaw the strategy and execution of day-to-day operations and projects across recruiting, compensation and benefits, operations, partners and insights teams. Prior to that, she was the Chief Administrative Officer and member of the Executive Committee at Cambridge Associates. Ms. Bicks was formerly a partner at the Monitor Group. Ms. Bicks holds a B.A., cum laude, in Economics from Harvard College, a diploma in History from University of Sheffield and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
