Jesse Searby joined Thomas H. Lee Partners in 2018. Jesse Searby is a managing director at Thomas H. Lee Partners. Mr. Searby is responsible for Business Development, including sourcing strategy, market-facing relationships and development of Identified Sector Opportunities in the Technology & Business Services industry group. In this role, Mr. Searby brings significant technology related industry experience in the areas of consumer technology, e-commerce, software and tech-enabled business services. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Searby was a Senior Vice President in corporate development with MyWebGrocer, the only end-to-end Digital Experience Platform for leading grocers and CPG brands, where he was responsible for corporate strategy and executive oversight of capital markets activities. He also played a key role as Senior Vice President of strategic initiatives at the same company, providing management oversight of digital marketing strategy and sales. Mr. Searby previously served on the board of directors of NorthCounty Credit Union and worked in investment management at CitiGroup. Mr. Searby holds a B.A. in History from University of Vermont.
