Henry J. Boye is a managing director at Thomas H. Lee Partners in the firm’s Strategic Resource Group. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, he was a managing director in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Practice at Blue Ridge Partners, where he advised companies on revenue growth strategies including market segmentation and opportunity sizing, sales modeling and organizational structures. Prior to Blue Ridge Partners, Mr. Boye worked in a variety of general management and consulting roles in media and information services including as the Publisher of the Harvard Business Review and most recently as the COO and SVP of Corporate Development at Mass Insight. Mr. Boye holds a B.A., cum laude, in International Studies from Dickinson College and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Boye has been in active in youth sports in Cohasset for many years, serving on the Little League Baseball board and coaching as well as serving as the President of the Wrestling Boosters for Cohasset High School.
