Gretchen Tan joined Thomas H. Lee Partners in 2022. Gretchen Tan is a vice president at Thomas H. Lee Partners in the firm’s Strategic Resource Group. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Ms. Tan was a Vice President at TransUnion LLC., where she built and eventually ran the FinTech business for TransUnion’s international markets. Ms. Tan formerly worked as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. Ms. Tan holds a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Accountancy, magna cum laude, from De La Salle University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
