Gregory Maxon Joined Thomas H. Lee Partners in 2017. Gregory R. Maxon is a managing director and head of capital markets at Thomas H. Lee Partners. Mr. Maxon leads capital markets related activities across THL’s growing portfolio. Mr. Maxon joins THL from J.P. Morgan Securities, where he served in the Leveraged Finance group since 2007. He was responsible for structuring and executing high yield bond and leveraged loan transactions for J.P. Morgan’s financial sponsor and corporate clients. Mr. Maxon began his career at J.P. Morgan in 2004 in the Credit Risk group, where he focused primarily on financings for financial sponsor-backed transactions. Mr. Maxon holds a B.A. in Economics from New York University.
