Gazal Sikand joined Thomas H. Lee Partners in 2013. Gazal Sikand is a director at Thomas H. Lee Partners in the firm’s Strategic Resource Group. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Ms. Sikand was a Consultant at Genpact LLC focused on operations transformation, program management and analytics. Ms. Sikand also worked at Capital IQ as a Research Associate. She has the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, is a Project Management professional and also holds the FRM certification. Ms. Sikand holds a B.S. in Mathematics from St. Stephen’s College and an M.B.A. from Institute of Management Technology, India.
