Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Shahnasarian worked as a senior associate for Bernhard Capital Partners in Baton Rouge, LA where he was involved in all facets and stages of deal execution. Mr. Shahnasarian holds a B.S. in Finance & Accounting, magna cum laude, from Florida State University, and a MSc. in Accounting and Finance, with Merit, from The London School of Economics.
