Bio

Denise Barry is a vice president of Human Resources at Thomas H. Lee Partners. Prior to her role as vice president, she was manager of human resources for the Firm for over 20 years. She leads THL’s human resource efforts to include employee relations, employee benefits and performance management. She is responsible for overseeing the administrative staff, as well as office operations. Ms. Barry holds a BLS in Criminal Justice with a minor in Social Work from Boston University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Boston Private Equity Human Resource Group (PERG).
