Tara Gadgil is a Principal on the Flagship team at Thoma Bravo. Based in Miami, she joined the firm in 2016 and focuses on the firm’s application software practice. Prior to joining Thoma Bravo, she served as a Vice President at Berkshire Partners in Boston. Previously, she served as an Associate at TPG Growth in San Francisco and an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs in New York. She holds an MBA from Stanford University and an AB degree in Government and Economics from Harvard University.
