Cook Wylly is a Principal on the Growth team at Thoma Bravo. Based in Miami, he joined the firm in 2021. Before Thoma Bravo, Cook worked at Brentwood Capital Advisors as a Director, helping lead the firm’s technology M&A and capital raising advisory practice. Prior to that, he worked at Accel in Palo Alto helping lead growth equity investments across the technology industry, and at Thoma Bravo in San Francisco helping lead investments in enterprise software companies. He began his career at Greenhill in the M&A and restructuring group in New York. Cook graduated from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, where he earned a BS degree in Commerce.
