Bio

Alex Park is a Principal on the Credit team at Thoma Bravo. Based in Miami, he joined the firm in 2019. Previously he worked at Ares Management in New York as a senior associate in the Credit group, where he underwrote and maintained credit facilities for corporate and sponsor-backed companies across a wide range of industries. He also assisted in strategic endeavors, including portfolio acquisitions and fundraising activities. Prior to Ares Management, he worked in the Restructuring group at Rothschild, where he advised debtors and creditors on a variety of restructuring and M&A transactions. Alex holds a BA degree in Economics and History from Columbia University.
