Heather Bankhead joined The Stephens Group in 2021 with a primary focus on the management of the functionality and efficiency of the firm’s human capital. Prior to joining The Stephens Group, Heather spent eight years in employee benefits and human resources, primarily in the banking industry. Heather is a member of the Society of Human Resources where she holds a SHRM Certified Professional certificate.
