Mr. Sean Ozbolt joined Riverside in 2019 after spending the five prior years as a Partner with Aurora Resurgence, a private equity firm focused on middle market companies facing complex situations stemming from financial or operational challenges. Prior to Aurora, Mr. Ozbolt was a Managing Director at H.I.G. Capital, focusing on distressed and restructuring investments for nine years. Mr. Ozbolt was also an Associate at both Saunders Karp & Megrue and J.H. Whitney & Co. He began his career as an Analyst at First Union. He earned a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
