Ms. Baldwin joined The Praedium Group in 2017. She is Head of Client Development and ESG Officer, where she leads Praedium’s ESG Committee. Prior to joining Praedium, Ms. Baldwin was a Director of Marketing at Ellington Management Group. Before that, she was the Business Development Manager for Sancus Capital Management, a long-short corporate credit hedge fund, and Marketer at Varadero Capital, a structured credit hedge fund. Prior to moving into client development, Ms. Baldwin was a Strategist at Goldman Sachs, where her work focused on research and analysis of CLOs. Ms. Baldwin holds a B.A. in American Studies from Yale University. Ms. Baldwin sits on the Advisory Board for the Fourth Floor, a platform dedicated to increasing the number of women on boards.
