Mr. Lee joined The Praedium Group in 2009. As Chief Accounting Officer, Mr. Lee is responsible for The Praedium Group’s financial and accounting reporting, internal control, policies and procedures, as well as treasury functions. Additionally, Mr. Lee is a member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Prior to joining The Praedium Group, Mr. Lee was a Senior Manager at KPMG LLP, where he was responsible for managing financial statement audits and other assignments. Mr. Lee specialized in GAAP audits for a variety of clients, including real estate, private equity, and public REITs. He also assisted clients with initial public offerings, internal control and valuation assignments. Mr. Lee is a CPA and holds a B.A. in Accounting from Baruch College of the City University of New York.
