Ms. Gerkis joined Gladstone in October 2022 as Director of Investor Relations/ESG. Prior to joining Gladstone, Ms. Gerkis worked as an investor and asset management specialist focusing on infrastructure private equity at IFM Investors and as an investment risk analyst at BlackRock. She also completed a Fulbright fellowship in Taiwan. Ms. Gerkis received her MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Mathematics and Chinese from Williams College.
