Bio

Swayze joined The FSB Companies in 2019 as a Financial Analyst and has since served in a number of different accounting, operations, and technology roles. Prior to joining The FSB Companies, he worked for Sapient Consulting in Washington, DC where he lead business analysis efforts in the finance and technology space. During his time at Sapient he also spent time in the Bangalore, India office where he worked with the technology team. Swayze's responsibilities at FSB focus on the technology and marketing efforts across the portfolio companies. He leads a team of software engineers in building best-in-class solutions to help drive business value. He works directly with portfolio companies to understand technology and marketing needs and how FSB can best deliver solutions to facilitate growth. Swayze graduated from Vanderbilt University where he studied Economics and History with a minor in Corporate Strategy. To supplement education and work experience he has also passed the CAIA level 1. Outside of the office he enjoys the Wrigley Field bleachers, reading obscure history books, and taste-testing the latest Chicago restaurants with his fiancé and chocolate lab.
