Bio

Steven Resnik is a Vice President with Edgewater. He is focused on sourcing, evaluating and executing new investment opportunities and working with portfolio companies. Prior to joining Edgewater, Steven was a Senior Associate at Fifth Street Asset Management, where he evaluated and executed private equity and credit investments in middle market companies. Previously, he worked in investment banking at Piper Jaffray. Steven received his B.B.A from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan with high honors. He received his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his J.D. from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where he was Order of the Coif.
