Stephen Natali is a Partner with Edgewater. Steve currently serves on the board of various Edgewater portfolio companies. His responsibilities also include deal sourcing, investment evaluation, leading transaction teams and working closely with portfolio management teams. Prior to joining Edgewater, Steve was an Associate in the Investment Banking Division of J.P. Morgan Securities, Inc. At J.P. Morgan, he focused on mergers and acquisitions for client companies in various industry segments, including automotives, paper, packaging, and building products. Steve received his B.A. degree, cum laude with honors, in Economics from Northwestern University, where he received Big Ten Scholar Athlete Awards and was a member of the Northwestern football team.
