Bio

Zach Marshall is a Vice President on the Global Legal Investments team. He is based in New York. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Marshall was a corporate associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where he represented a wide range of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in public and private mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic investments and joint ventures. At Carlyle, Mr. Marshall works with a variety of funds within the Global Private Equity and Global Credit segments of Carlyle. Mr. Marshall received his J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Michigan. Mr. Marshall is admitted to the bar in the State of New York.
