Tyler Parker is a Vice President with U.S. Buyout, focusing on investments in the technology sector. He is based in Menlo Park, CA. Since joining Carlyle in 2012, Mr. Parker has been involved with Carlyle’s investments in Hexaware, NeoGov, Jagex, HireVue, Veritas, ProKarma, Ampere Computing, Dealogic, CommScope and CPU Tech. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Parker was with Blackstone’s Mergers and Acquisitions advisory group. Mr. Parker received an MBA with honors from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar, and a BS in management science and engineering from Stanford University.
